School fee is calculated on a yearly academic basis rather than in shorter intervals. Two payment options are available for parents to choose according to their financial situation. Students who receive admission are registered for one academic year. One month's advance notice is required should a student be moving out of town. Students appearing for final examinations are considered to have completed the academic year, and must settle all dues prior to the issuance of their final result.
The Department of Education requires both the school and parents to sign a yearly fee contract for each student to avoid any confusion over dues settlements.
